Methodist Youth Fellowsip, if you're wondering.
it's tonight, at 5:00, if anyone wants to come. at the First United Methodist Church in Tracy. it's the one on the hill at the redlight that gets shot out all the time. next to the ppl that sale trailers, and the Church of Christ, kinda close to the video center. on the right if u're coming from downtown Tracy, the left if u're coming from White City...I think... am I right, Rachel; that is White City out that way, isn't it? I get it confused in my head sometimes....
anyway, there's only about 2 of us, me and Heidi. she's an 8th grader. we have fun, but I think it would be more fun with more ppl. there's as many adults as there are kids!! Dad and Nelda run it. when all the last group graduated, Charolette didn't want to do it anymore, cause all her kids were through, and Dad said since it was Methodist [i]Youth[/i] Fellowship, college kids didn't need to do it anymore--she could have a seperate group for that--but she didn't do that.
man, I stray a lot...
[i]anyway[/i], please come. I'd love to have ppl there, so they'd stop buggin me about inviting ppl!! I invite u, u just don't come!! I can't make u!! but that's a different story....

the blue man group's on freeview on PPV tonight at 8:00. it was on at 5:00, too, but that stupid little directv box screwed it up and didn't change the channel, and I missed like an hour of it, so I'm tryin it again....
today was a good day. I had to wash 2 of our cars, which wasn't good, but that meant I got to drive!! it wasn't very far, but I was behind the wheel, and the car was moving, so that was good.
well, I'm goin to go now. wait until 8:00 and try not to forget.....

well, has anyone heard about the virus that u go to search and type in something weird, and it has an icon of a teddy bear on it? well, it's a hoax. turns out that some ppl actually need it. I don't fully understand it, something about java users needing it. wat I don't understand is y they'd use a teddy bear icon.... no logic.... but it says that it [i]can[/i] get infected, but it it's self is not a virus.
well, that's all I've got, except that Touching Evil was horrible tonight, these teenagers got high on animal sedatives, then went and killed horses, then homeless ppl, but one wanted to get out, because they were going to far and so they tried to kill him, but didn't.... anyway, u can go to the link on the left to find out about it.... it was pretty disgusting, and now I'm about to go to bed and have nightmares.... just peachy. well, I'm going to catch up on my Bible b4 I go to sleep, maybe block out the horrible images..... I'm almost a week behind, but I was 2 weeks, so I'm doin better--I'm tryin to read through it in a year, I've got a guide thing that I get in a magazine--Brio, actually.

oh, has anyone ever seen Dave the Barbarian? it's so stupid.... the channel jumped to it when Touching Evil went off.... very, very stupid. something about an evil pig wearing a yellow oragami hat with antlers, and a giant hawk carried him off... stupid.........

yes, my friend, we got third!!!!!! so happy.... we guessed on most of it, but we got third!!!! so awsome. we had the highest score in wildlife, so that was good. we were only below second by 2 pts!! if we'd just known one more fur, or if I'd remembered that soil helped with waste management and not landscaping..... we'd of had pretty green tropies instead of our yellow ones. but hey, we got trophies!!!! the other team got 6th, but that's wat we got last year, and we were amazed. but they did really good. Christie just forgot a lot of stuff, she was so mad at herself... but they beat us in the current issue..... of course, we were in the bottom of that one....

#1 liked #2 and took her to the prom--as a friend.... their parents are friends, so #2 didn't want to hurt his feelings. but #4 liked him, had for a long time, but never told him. so #2 was tryin to get #4 and #1 to hook up--never happened... #2 liked #3, though, and he liked her, so she finally went out with him, apparently #1 got over her.... but she went on a trip and made out with #5, and was all over him the entire time, so now she likes him, not #3. and he's #1's friend, so she's been calling him, cause #5's over at #1's house, and she decided she didn't like #3 anymore!!! one week and she was already over that, all the griping she was doing about #1 bugging them when she was trying to hang out with #3!!! so she called #3 after she got off the phone with #5, and said "I just want to be friends." talk about worn out!!!!
btw, I'm not any of these numbers, I'm just an innocent bystander, Mom and I've had to put up with this for an incredebly long time......... I just hate it when girls do this to guys--or guys to girls! flirt with them forever, then go out, and then all of a sudden decided to go out with someone else. it's like u like something, then when u get it, u realize that it's not wat u thought it was, so u get rid of it. ppl aren't really stinky lotion, ppl!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if u've ever done this to someone, shame on u! this is one of the many reasons I'm glad I've never had a bf, and I'm not about to start... it's so infuriating.....

wat's the deal with this school blocker blocking tblog?? and it doesn't even work good... it just blocks it a couple times, then u can get in. all it does is annoy us. so annoying....
the envirothon comp. is tomorrow. my team's not been here for the past 2 practices, stupid ppl. we're gonna suck. *sigh
I think we should swap teams. there's 4 of us that've been showing up, and there's only 4 ppl on the teams. someone would just have to be Matt or Nathaniel. they both should've been on the same team. but it's too late now, Mom's already sent in the names. we could just say we had really weird parents. it's true.
well, Mom has to grade notebooks, so I'm gonna be here forever... we've told her not to grade the entire one, because that's too hard on her, but she won't listen. we told her bout how the math teachers only do 5 pgs, and she should do that. well, now she does them both. *sigh, can't train them right 4 nothing....
well, I'm gonna go and try to read blogs, maybe get some more stuff to put on the sides... that's fun... if this comp. doesn't decide to start blockin stuff again. and it's weird wat it'll block. like on one arcade it'll only block certain games. but I'm not going there....

that poor man... he was on American Idol last night. he's so goofy. I don't know if he's really like that, or he's just really good at pretending that he is. I think he's more famous than Reuben is, personally. cause all I know about Reuben is that he won. we know all about William. I don't see how he got to be so famous... just think, one of the worst is now one of the most famous.
well, I was gonna go on, but I've got work to do. y do teachers give more work that's harder on days they're not here? just so we can't ask them questions?

1. there are 7 species of squirrels in TN. only 4 are game species-the gray, fox, red, and groundhog (the largest member of the family). there are 2 flying squirrels, the southern and northern-which is an endangered species found only in 3 TN counties.
2. there are 8 species of owls. the great horned owl, the barred owl, and the eastern screech owl are the most common. the barn owl is a threatened species, and known as the world's best mouse trap.
3. the most common type of hawk is the red-tailed hawk. these large daytime predators are often seen perched in trees or soaring high above the ground in search of small mammals. other hawks found in TN include: broad-winged, Cooper's, and sharp-shinned, and 3 species of falcons: peregrin, American kestrel, and merlin. TN is also home to the bald eagle, golden eagle, and osprey.
there's a lot more, but I'm tired, and I'm supposed to be studying this, not typing it...

we went to Mamaw and Papaw's house Friday afternoon, and stayed there overnight, then went to Knoxville Sat. morning, to the UT open house. it was very--disgusting. they had a dog's heart in a jar with heartworms, and a horse's intestine with bot larvea in it. I wish I'd never seen that... **gag**  . and they had brains and fetuses set out on the table, and all kinds of nasty stuff. I almost didn't make it. but they had some cute dogs and cats. have u ever seen a skink? they look like slugs with feet. so nasty.
then Amy took us to see her dress. it was so beautiful. I love it. Mom and Dad don't like it a lot, because it's strapless, but it's still pretty, and she's going to be wearing a veil that covers her most of the time, anyway. I'm gonna try to find a picture of it on a website, who knows where I'll look, but I'm going to.
so I'm going now, I've got a ton of math project crap to work on.

okay, anyway.... well, I'm bored. I nearly had a nervous breakdown yesterday when I was working on that stupid geometry project. it has nothing to do with math! we've got to get so much crap about colleges. I don't get it. it's supposed to "help" us, but it ain't gonna... I think K.T. should have to do it, even if he's so wonderful, and gets all these stupid football scholorships. he should have to see how normal ppl get into college. but I thought it would be easy, just go to the website and print off the application. it ain't. te UT one is 24 pgs, and they all have a background! that would suck every drop of ink out of our computer! then I thought I'd do it online and print that one off, but that's not possible, you have to get an account, and it's weird, anyway. then I was going to have them mail it, but that would take 4-6 weeks, so that's no good... [i]then[/i] I e-mailed Amy, to ask her if she could get me the info., but she's going to vet school, and that's a seperate branch entirely! she doesn't even know how to get to the admissions office! so now, I'm gonna have to print it off. *sigh so much ink wasted for this project. I don't know y I was so torn up last night, though. I guess because I'm so used to doing my projects at the last min., that I thought I only had a couple days to do it. so I stopped worryin bout that, and printed off the tabs and dividers and crap. mine's very colorful. one college is in a lime gree folder, the other a bright yellow. my diveders are orange-ish to red-ish to purple-ish colored, and I made my dividers to be the same color. it looks cool, u've just got to see it, it's cool.
isn't it interesting that for that sports fest thing, some posters have the 14th, some have the 21st, and some have "date to be announced"? well, I do.
we're goin to UT tomorrow, for the vet school open house. it's Amy's senior year, and we've never gone, so this is out last chance. ironicly, it's the same day as the benefit dinner for Chase Meeks.

ha! I've spread my disease! oh, yes, Amy and Micheal both are sick! well, I feel kind of bad, but hey-they're the ones that said it was just allergies! I said I was sick, they went--"no, it's just allergies". well, HA! proved them wrong.
I"m okay, just really tired. I was going to bed after 10:00, cause Keen Eddie's over then, and I had to do the dishes, but Mom spilt the hamster cage all over the floor! it was such a mess. so we had to clean that up, then clean the cage, then put the cage back together, then fill up the shavings, then I had to vaccum, then the dishes, then get ready for bed, then read my Bible, so I didn't get in bed til well after 11:00.... *sigh
then we had to wake up 30 min early, cause Mom goes to the chuch to pray at 6:30 every Thursday morning.

I made two 91s! two!! that's two Bs. that's two too many. and Mom's not the kind of person that gets mad, she starts sayin crap like, "what can we do to bring that up?" and "find out what you can do for extra credit." I made two 100s, too, though, but that doesn't cancel it out. doesn't matter about the As, she just skims over them. "oh, yeah, that's nice, cute little A, but what is this [i]B[/i] doing here?!?"

The O.C. was great, and so was Keen Eddie. Fantasia was awsome on American Idol, as usual. She's my favorite. I love her voice. I wish I could sing.... but I can't, so no use wishing.

American Idol, The O.C., and Keen Eddie, all in one night, that's so cool. three hours of solid entertainment. The O.C.'s started to dissappoint me, though. I swear, a teenager havin an affair with his ex's mom! that's gone too far. and it's wrong. it's turning into a soap opera, and there's nothing I can do to stop it. but it's a great show, if u overlook it entirely.... Keen Eddie's awsome, though. it's a great show. I missed it last week, much to my depressingness.... I know it's not a word, leave me alone...
The O.C.'s bout to come on, I'll be back to talk about my grades.... so sad....

it snowed yesterday!! that's so weird. it's April. and it snowed. we should've gotten out of school just for the sheer craziness of it. I even got out my winter coat again, for today! I wore flip-flops yesterday! and it snowed. I wore and coat today, and now it's going to be in the 70s. we've got to take up money again, Sarah W. if u dont' want to, I can get someone else. I'm sure u'd rather do something else, we've done it every day this week.
btw, if anyone wants to donate money for Chase Meeks, go to Rm. 36, or the vocational office, or we might come by during homeroom. who knows? he's the little boy who had to get a kidney transplant. he's 10, and he's had 10 major surgeries. his mother donated her kidney, so she's been out of work, and her and his dad are divorced, so she's the only source of income. she's got another son, too, I think. he's older, though. we've having a benefit supper the 17th for them. tickets r $3 for under 12 and $5 for adults. but if u donate $3 here at the school, then u get a ticket.
crap. I forgot about progress reports. I don't want to get mine. I hope I'm makin good grades. I have to make As to live. my biggest worry is wellness. but Coach Holt said that I was making an A because I dressed out every day and passed my tests. but I don't dress out every day, and when I do I don't participate.... but I'm not tellin him that.
ha! makin a 100 in first! God bless computer classes.....

Whoopi was on Who's Line last night. that was so weird. I was watchin Hope Floats on ABC Family (great movie), and they cut the end off!! made me so mad! that's the best part! but Who's Line came on, so it wasn't a total loss. then Whoopi was on it! so strange....

*sigh, I'm just glad today's over. I don't think I could've handled any more. I hate havin Envirothon on Mondays. that's a horrible idea. there should be nothing after school on Mondays or Fridays. of course, football games are, so that stinks, but what can u do?
speaking of football, we had to play that in wellness today. I hate it. wellness is such a stupid class. y do we have to take it? I'm not learning anything.
I miss Sewanee. I haven't thought about it in a long time, but we went to the woods today for Envirothon, and we went to check on where we'd put salamander habits down (wood boards), and it brought back a lot of memories. man, I miss Sewanee. last summer was awsome. *sigh the ppl from New York can't come back this year, because they lost funding. and only 4 ppl from the high school get to go. but Ron said that we could come back and help this year. but what's the point? no one's going to be there that was last year.
okay, now that I'm depressed, I'm gonna go do something else--something less depressing

that's what I feel like. I stayed up until 1:00 when I was watchin Cirque. and I got a cold or something. my nose has sprung a leak, and every time I cough my chest aches. I haven't felt this bad since I had pnumonia (spelled wrong). I took medicine for my nose, but it didn't help my cough, cause we thought that it was just allergies. but it's getting worse. now my nose's started back. *sigh
Easter was great. Amy and Micheal and Tristin came home, and so did Jason. then Elizabeth, Papaw, Grandmother Bell, James, and Jon Wesley all came over for lunch. we just hung out and stuff, they all talked, and we watched T.V. it was fun. normally we're not all together except Christmas and Thanksgiving. actually, there's more ppl then. cause Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Caroline come up, and Mark and Laura Lynn, and Carissa and Andrew. Carissa just had a baby 4 months ago, it's a boy, named Murray, I think.... he was a premi, so he was little bitty, but now he's as big as a normal 4 month old. so that's good. we saw him when we went to see Jason's house and help him move in. Uncle Jimmy and Caroline, Carissa and Andrew, and Jason all live in Huntsville.
I'm sure no one cared about any of that, but I felt like telling u neway.
well, I'm gonna go now, find something to do.

okay, I am going to make a new e-mail, I promise. I'm just waiting until I have extra time in first, so I'll have something to do then. I know as soon as I do it at home, we'll have a free day, and I'll be bored out of my mind for an hour and a half the next day. that's the way it goes.
well, I've got to go, we've got all kinds of crap to do. I just swept, then soaped up and hosed down the porch. only problem is that I put waaaay too much soap, so our porch's gonna be sudsy for a while.... I've got to wait for it to dry b4 I can put all the chairs and crap back on there. and Mom's kicking Pepper off the porch, so I had to move her house and food off the porch, that was fun. poor baby, she's got to sleep out in the cold now. actually, she'll prob. be warmer, cause now she's got the house on one side, and the side of the porch on the other. she's in a nice little corner.
oh, and Amy's come home. she's done with classes, she's just got a few finals next week. then she's got to intern--or whatever--this summer for UT, then she's going down the Ecudor (I think) to do some volunteer work, then next May she's gettin married. so she's gonna be busy for a long time. and Jason's coming home tomorrow, for Easter. who decided Easter was when we had to dress up? it was a bad idea. I'm wearing a black skirt, cause I bought it for Tri-Lakes, and Mom said she wasn't going to buy me another one, cause I don't ever wear them-and I don't.
oh, and I got to drive yesterday!! finally. Amy let me drive down the driveway to the barn, then back all the way down to the end of our road-toword Pigeon, and back to James and Jon's shop, then back to their house. she was givin them her car to put new speakers in, and they thought it was a bad idea to leave it over at the shop, cause someone might try to break in. so we had to go back to their house. *sigh it was fun

*sigh, I missed Keen Eddie last night.... The O.C. didn't come on, so I was just layin on the couch, then Dad started watching something about the pyrimids, then I remembered, but it was already 9:30, so I missed it. It'll come on again, though. Sometime. I prob. should've set the recorder for this morning, cause it comes on at 9:00, then the next morning, then the next week at 8:00, but that's when The O.C. comes on.
anywho, don't have anything to say, except Rector is a rude person who has no room to speak when he says certain things about certain people. oh, and God Bless the U.S.A., even with all the morons here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

finally, I've got the internet on Mom's computer. it's a beautiful thing. I'm so bored, though. not much to do here. I want to go home. home's so great. I wish I was there.... oh, I meant to ask u, Rachel, r u going to go to the movies tonight? cause if u r, I am. but I'm not gonna go if u ain't. I've seen it once, and it's great, but I don't want to go and watch it with Mom. actually I don't want to go. I did right after I saw it the first time, and if a lot of people wanted to go, I would, but I don't think I can handle it again..... don't get me wrong, it was an awsome movie, and I highly recommend it, but it's kind of a one-time deal. but you'll definately come out moved. it's so awsome......

"But what about the atheists?" is another argument. What about them? Nobody is asking them to be baptized. We're not going to pass the collection plate. Just humor us for 30 seconds. If that's asking too much, bring a Walkman or a pair of ear plugs. Go to the bathroom. Visit the concession stand. Call your lawyer. Unfortunately, one or two will make that call. One or two will tell thousands what they can and cannot do. I don't think a short prayer at a football game is going to shake the world's foundations.
Christians are just sick and tired of turning the other cheek while our courts strip us of all our rights. Our parents and grandparents taught us to pray before eating, to pray before we go to sleep. Our Bible tells us just to pray without ceasing. Now a handful of people and their lawyers are telling us to cease praying. God, help us. And if that last sentence offends you, well........just sue me ..
The silent majority has been silent too long.. it's time we let that one or two who scream loud enough to be heard, that the vast majority don't care what they want.. it is time the majority rules!
It's time we tell them, you don't have to pray.. you don't have to say the pledge of allegiance, you don't have to believe in God or attend services that honor Him. That is your right, and we will honor your right.. but by golly you are no longer going to take our rights away .. we are fighting back.. and we WILL WIN! After all the God you have the right to denounce is on our side!
God bless us one and all, especially those who denounce Him...

I'm confused now. Ms. Basham's leaving. Is that a good thing? What if we get someone worse than the devil? I think it is possible.... What if we don't get anyone? What'll happen then?
And now we're starting registration (spelled wrong....), and I know I'm not going to get the classes I want..... I'm going to hyperventalate. I was supposed to make an alternate schedule, but I didn't...... breathe..... Oh, please, please, please, please, let my class be close to the front........ **gasp** I think I need a hug!!!
Okay, I'm okay, but if I'm not back by fourth, u know what happened.
Oh, and I was dead serious about taking ppl to The Passion. It's at Tracy for two solid weeks, and I'm willing to pay your way, and bring you, so you have no excuse. There's no way you're going to be busy for two solid weeks. I've come close, but it's never happened.

Well, today ain't been the best. I found a dead roach in my bathroom, and I found a live one in my bathroom last night, and a live on in my bathroom a couple days ago. So that kind of freaked me out. I told Dad and he got one of those foggers and sprayed it in my bathroom then put it in my bedroom. Well, then, I realized my shoes were in my closet, because Mom made me clean up yesterday, because Mrs. Ross is coming from Memphis, and her house doesn't have any furniture, so she's spending the night with us. But I'd left my tennis shoes downstairs, so I had them, but no socks. But I have socks for wellness, so I put them on when I got to school. But they smell like sweat. Oh!!!! [u][i][b]And[/b][/i][/u] Ms. Basham [i][b]did[/b][/i] write me up!!!!!! All for eating a freakin starburst!!!!!! And if I do it again, I get ISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!! That is so freakin [i][b]stupid[/b][/i]!!!!! ! Excuse me, I'm okay. It's just that everyone always eats in there. Danielle did it every day she was in there, and she never got written up, much less ISS. It may have had something to do with my saying I wasn't eating, but ppl have done that before, too. She's just assumed they were joking. Well, what if I was, too? I didn't mean to, either way......
Well, I need to go do a good jigsaw puzzle to calm my nerves......
